Amazing staff! A huge place inside with so many things I wanted to buy! I have come here multiple times, ask the staff are super helpful. Give them a problem, and they’ll solve it!

I’ve been looking for places to shop locally because I’m trying my best to boycott Amazon, Target, Home Depot etc. Not only is True Value’s parent company cooperatively owned, True Value has a TON of the random things I’ve had on my list to buy. Hardware, kitchenware, office supplies, home goods, organization tools and bins, cleaning supplies, on and on! The place is a maze, so I just showed an employee my list and they told me exactly where everything was. Making this my go-to spot for the random crap I need!!

i want to love this place but the employees never seem to have domain knowledge or an interest in what you're trying to do / how to help with it. I feel like the employees at the ACE Logan Hardware have been more helpful for me historically even though they're a bigger chain and such

Convenient place in the middle of town however, customer service could definitely use some friendlier employees and should have more knowledgeable on what they are selling.
