The friendliest, most helpful people who waved, smiled, and said "hi there!!!" as soon as i walked in! Makes such a huge difference. It is SO SIMPLE but barely anyone manages to do this one basic that transforms the customer service and would transform businesses. Bars in the area, especially "trendy" breweries seem to struggle on the most basic of human customer service issues - smiling. But these guys nailed it. I.e. they are normal happy people. Everyone who worked inside the store came out of their way to see if i needed help. They deseve all the success they get - it filters down from the top.

Donte and Chris are amazing !!!!! They have wonderful customer service. Donte greeted me at the door. Chris greeted me as soon as I hit the aisle. I was directed to EVERYTHING! Closed out so graciously! Forget auto zone I want to come here JUST BECAUSE it feels like family vibes in being GENUINE and FAIR. No color, no attitude, great upsale and wonderful environment overall! I am from the southeast side so I’m am NOT use to this service AT ALL! I will be back with ALLLL of my money. I will recommend all of my “responsible” friends to go here!

Very expensive. Lots of things to buy that are not typical of a hardware store. Nice staff. The store is much bigger than it looks.

Really loved this store in the past and still prefer it over others. The advantage over big box hardware is the selection and being in stock. However, recently they have not been as well stocked as in the past.
