Disappointing. I took the time to call the store and tell them their shopping cart is on the street in front of 4701 41st Street, about 2 blocks from their store. The employee said "don't worry, we have lots of carts." I told her, that is not the point - it is a valuable item and they should want to come get it, but she said no-one has time for that. Not to mention, that they are burdening their neighbors to have to deal with their junk if they are happy abandoning it in the neighborhood. This explains why everything in the store is overpriced. The staff simply doesn't care.

I had a sink detach from a granite countertop and fall into the cabinet, and the staff here was a huge help. They: Listened to the problem and offered an affordable solution. Recommended tools specifically for working in a small space. Set me up with the right epoxy, pointed me how to/and where I could get sink brackets, and a shock-absorbing bracket for the disposal. I was able to fix it myself thanks to their advice. Great service!

I had an appointment in the neighborhood, so I decided to stop by and pick up a few things. The store was well stocked, and the staff was helpful. I found what I came for and appreciated the cashier taking extra care with a fragile item and resealing a package that had come apart. I took Metro to the store, but there is validated parking in the garage.

Great shopping experience at Ace in Tenleytown. They didn’t just point me in the right direction, they came with me and helped me. Got everything I needed, as well as a friendly cashier on the way out. Customer service starts at the top. They must have a wonderful manager who cares about them!

I've been going to this store for 10 years now and has always received great care. Today though, just like a couple months ago, I was in need of very specific help and surely enough, May, you manager has been of incredible help. What a pleasure to deal with May and her team - they truly go above and beyond to help customers. Thank you so much, once again, for all your help!!
