The staff is very friendly, but I won’t shop at an establishment where every other ace offers military discount but they do not honor that. My family put their life on the line everyday for our freedoms and I won’t shop where that isn’t shown with appreciation to them. They made a concerted effort to not offer that discount while their other stores do. Sad and UnAmerican!!

Large store with pretty much anything you could look for in this type store. Very clean & well stocked including a brand new shipment of flowers.

I had the best experience! The General Manager personally called me after noticing an issue with my online order, apologized, and even went out of his way to travel to another store to make sure my order was fulfilled. When I arrived for pickup, Associate Al was extremely kind and helpful. I’m so impressed by the professionalism, care, and genuine customer service from this team. You don’t see this kind of dedication often — they truly went above and beyond!

Like the other 1-star reviews on here the customer service can be terrible. After the owners' response I have edited my review. A male supervisor at a register losing his stuff on customers because of a lack of self-control should warrant immediate attention from a store manager or owner. This behavior appears to be common at this location, as both supervisors and the cashier responded disproportionately to a non-issue and directed responsibility toward the customer rather than accepting accountability. Hard of hearing people can talk loud unknowingly, they aren't "yelling" and shouldn't be harassed over it. For no reason, the cashier made sarcastic comments to me with a smirk, which was mildly annoying, but I calmly asked her to call a manager to help with one item on my return. Three minutes later the female supervisor who came said the cashier was outside supposedly crying because I "hurt her feelings." Over asking for a manager to help, really?? What gaslighting and drama. The tall British supervisor who approached the register after the female supervisor went to get the brass fitting showed significant difficulties in managing his emotions. He stood at the register with other customers there, yelling at me (beet red, contorted face), acting aggressive, and slamming my merchandise on the counter, all on camera. He was so irrational that he wasn't giving me back my items I brought in for a return with receipt until someone else intervened.... At the same time the female supervisor was raising her voice and making a scene. I just watched as each supervisor had their temper tantrum, took my stuff, and left. I really hope that employees at this store receive training in accountability and de-escalation skills to support customer service and safety. I went to a different Ace Hardware right after, received courteous and respectful service as I always have there, and was out the door in under 10 minutes. The supervisor there mentioned frequent complaints about this Saddle Creek location, which didn’t surprise me at all.
