Would leave zero stars if it was an option. We purchased a smoker online for Black Friday deal, that was supposed to be delivered on 12/05. Had to take the day off of work to sign for delivery, but it wasn't delivered. It took 3 days to get someone on the phone and they said the driver was sick. Tried to get a new delivery date but they said it had to be put together first and it is heavy and needs 2 people and no one is there to do it so the only answer I could get as to when it would be delivered was "it'll be awhile" yet i have to be there to sign for delivery. I am just supposed to stay off work indefinitely???? Finally spoke to the manager the next day and was able to get it scheduled another delivery date on 12/11 but it then she tells wasn't going to be put together and never was supposed to be...not sure why since that what's I was supposedly waiting for. Called the store on 12/11 after waiting a few hours and was told "I think it was delivered yesterday" which it was not. Spoke to the manager again and it was not out for delivery, so we said we would come pick it up. So then it was not even at the store it was supposed to be delivered from, had to drive 26 miles across town to pick it up. Should've just bought it somewhere else full price because the 2 days I taken off from work and the gas used to pick up my free delivery item ended up costing me more than the savings.

Bought 8 bolts Feb 17 (8)@ $2.89 each. They were too long for what I needed. Came back Feb 23 to get smaller ones (8)@ $1.59. Apparently, They don’t do refunds on bolts. No store credit either. Only trades. So, I lose $10.30???? Trying so hard to shop small. Will NOT be back.

The only Ace Hardware which had the item I was looking for in stock. So I drove nearly 20 miles (each way) to discover that the (business provided) hours posted on Google were totally wrong. Rather than opening at 6 a.m., sign on door (when I arrived at 6:20 a.m.) indicated that they actually open at 8 a.m. And yes, the store's own website also indicates the 6 a.m. weekday opening time. So thanks for wasting my time and gas by providing fictitious opening hours. I won't be back!

Decent supply of things workers are slow. I've been trying to get one screen made, and it's been a week, and they're telling me it's gonna possibly be another week and a 1/2 just to get 1 screen for bathroom made. Eventually, I'm just gonna have to buy the kit. They do sell the screen making kit. I just didn't feel like doing it. I'm not able to do things like that. I did manufacture screens long, long ago I built screens, screen doors, screens for windows you name it. it's gonna break down to me doing it Myself.
