Beautiful store with seasonal decor with a well supplied hardware side. We have had many interactions with customer service and every time they go above and beyond to keep us satisfied. They make you feel like they care about their customers!! Would pick this store over Lowe’s or Home Depot every time!

Went in for a drill bit and needed help. I was told the only person who could help was in the back resting his sore knee! I asked if this was a business or a spa. No helpful hardware man here. Kid at desk was of a third grade level and was useless. Don’t go here if you can help it!

I love this store! The staff is very polite and professional, and it has had most of my quick fixit needs without me driving many miles out of my way and has reasonable prices. Christmas decor is beautiful!

Great experience shopping here. We came in to buy a grill (Webber Performer Deluxe). They did not have the color I wanted so they offered to order the exact one I wanted. One week later I had the exact grill I wanted at a great price. They helped me load it and I was on my happy way. Great place definitely recommend!

I went to return an item from another Ace Hardware and was immediately met with attitude from who I assume is the store manager, Debby. She informed me that they can not accept returns from other stores, but acted as if I had inconvenienced her day by the simple ask. I ended up getting her to give me store credit for the item, but the rudeness during the interaction with Debby was completely off putting, unwarranted and unprofessional. I truly hope she does not treat everyone like this, but I will not be returning to this location.
