Now I have to spend aditional $ to get the second with Advance, the can says it all "For cabinets doors and trim"!! And throw away 3 gallons of paint. Very disappointed in the store! I sent ny customer to pick out a color because they had blindly picked the exact same wall color. I specifically asked for Advance and they were upsold to Aura wall paint. It has added 3 whole days additional work, easily a $1k loss. Not only is this paint not an Alkyd but an acrylic, its doest skin, it doesn't level or cover in any comparable way to Advance. 1 was due to finish on a Saturday night and its Tuesday morning still sanding the 1st coat.

I had the best experience today!! I called in to see if they had some specific knobs available and when told yes, said I would head that way. I arrived and as I came around the corner, Ms. Kimmie, already had the knobs out on the counter waiting for me! Then she also helped me find the screws needed to finish the project. Ms. Kimmie is such a fantastic lady! The gentleman that checked me out up front was also super helpful and friendly. Genuinely enjoyable associates here at Elliotts and makes for such a refreshing shopping experience when in this day and age good customer service is getting harder to find. Absolutely GREAT service at Elliotts!!

CLUELESS!! The employees are CLUELESS! We asked for basic products (Mohawk products… because they are a Mohawk DEALER!) and they had no idea what we were talking about. This was our 3rd store we had been to with the same experience each time. (At the 1st store, We thought “SURELY” it’s only ‘this’ store!) NO!! The customer service in all of them was dismal. One thing we didn’t ask was the day of the week because we knew for sure no one knew. People complain that Amazon is causing brick & mortar stores to close. Amazon is not the cause. Not being able to find a competent work force is the problem. If you’re needing a Mohawk product, save yourself time & frustration and order it online.

Worst hardware store ever , no customer service, every one was to busy to move from there spot to help customers. There were less than 3 customers in the store . I asked the store manager to help matching a product, before I could get a word in he dismissed that they even carry light balaces . I know it’s hard to find good help , at least have ppl that wanna work.
