We experienced excellent customer service at this Ace Hardware. Aiden took time to describe & explain the use of the weed eater/edger machine we wanted to purchase. He went above & beyond what I have seen in a hardware store ever! The store was very clean and organized. They have plenty of inventory for a smaller store compared to other home improvement stores. Plenty of parking. Plus we were greeted by friendly people and cashier was super friendly and helpful too. Much better than big stores with no help to be found. ( I thought guy helping us was named Ben but husband believes his name is Aiden).

Went to get a spare key cut for a used car I bought. Ordered replica key fobs from Amazon and brought them with me. Was informed their policy was not to cut “outside” keys. Okay, fine—can I purchase these here? “No, we’d have to order it.” But you still won’t cut these for me, even though you don’t have them in stock? “No, sorry.”

My first time at ace hardware and Aidan was fantastic! Showed me where to find my items at,helped cared my items to every isle to keep shopping. He also showed me how to get the ace app using the coupons!! The coupons was a game changer for sure. I also created an ace hardware account. I honestly came here because it was closer then Homedepot and I was lazy but he just made a first time experience the best. This location definitely has my business going forward!😊

We went to Ace looking for a good smoker, Cash came over to help us and he was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable and recommend the perfect smoker for us and since it wasn’t able to properly fit in our vehicle he took the time to help us dissemble part of it to fit.
