Another fruitful and friendly visit to Ace. This store has everything! Employee Lauren was exceedingly helpful as I wondered around in search of hardware. Outside in the beautiful plant nursery, I found things I wasn't even looking for. This is THE place. Highly recommend.

I was helped by Beth at Westlake ace hardware , she did an amazing job helping multiple customers at the same time including me and went above and beyond with fixing what I needed help with, definitely needs a raise!

This is the first time I have a negative review that Westlake ace I’ll wait at the paint counter for 35 minutes nobody came at all. Manager don’t care about Customer. I will be talking to the store owner it happened at Sunday at 2:11. It was the worst experience I have ever had in this store. This is the last time I will ever come back to Westlake ace.

I was searching all over for an employee because I couldn’t find an item. I went up to the front to ask for assistance and someone showed up to the aisle I was directed to right away. He informed me about the rewards program which I’m a member and even popped in when I continued shipping asking if I had any more questions. I’ll say it was a delight to know HE felt like a genuine person and left me with the phrase have a blessed day! I hope he has one as well.
