This place is a great location to get all your hardware needs. I absolutely love the owner still has cats here after like 11 years. I used to work here when I was 17 and the place hasn't changed in years. I will happily drive across town to come shop here n pet the cats 😂.

Outstanding! I had a question about removing a plumbing part. They answered that question. I brought in the part, they verified I'd selected the correct replacements. Also helped find the right handles. They were short handed, but he told me he'd be right with me. Some of the best service I've ever had. Thanks guys!!

Edit to your response: How about not selling damaged products in the first place??? Original comment: was sold some paint that had a damaged label on it. I returned it unused with same amount of damage label already in it maybe a simple more tear. Regardless the label was already damaged so I was unsuccessful to get a refund on paint that cost under 20 bucks. So for 20 bucks I'll take my business to Home Depot. You lost a local customer over bad customer service.

I live around the corner. They always got everything. Been going there for years. Customer service is spot on. Great prices. And they help you with everything you need.
