Their knowledgeable and very helping team have guided me through several of my recent home improvement projects and cannot give this team a better review!! I’m not leaving one star because the store itself was clean and organized. I went in looking for replacement hardware for furniture. An employee asked if I needed help, and I politely said I was okay because I prefer to browse on my own. He continued pressing me about what I needed, so I finally showed him the part I was looking for and said it was a bolt. He laughed and loudly said, “That’s a screw.” At that point, I told him that if he was going to laugh at me, I didn’t want his help anymore, and I left without buying anything. If a customer says they don’t need help, that should be respected. And if they do ask a question later, they shouldn’t be mocked for not using the exact terminology.

I had a wonderful experience at this Ace Hardware!! The workers went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, making the experience super quick and efficient! It was so refreshing to shop somewhere that the employees care about their customers. Will definitely be returning! :)

I had a great experience at Ace Hardware. The store was clean and easy to navigate, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They had a good selection of quality products, and I was able to find everything I needed quickly. I’d definitely recommend it!

When i walked into the store, all the employees were so happy to help! They showed me exactly what I needed and educated me on how to use it step by step! Friendly staff will be back again!
