I have been going to this store for over 25 yrs. The last 2-3 visits I was made to feel very uncomfortable. This morning was just after 9 am on a Sunday morning. Figured it would be quiet. I knew where the one item I was looking for would be. I went to that part of the store to grab my item and I swear I must have had at least 2 or 3 store employees follow my every move. I understand security is important, stealing costs everyone. I also understand I look younger than my age, but I was not dressed inappropriately. Just WHY? Not every single woman is a thief and yes, at almost 60 yrs old I can shop by myself. Please do better, not all people are bad.

I just want to say thanks to Austin for taking the time to check his call log and call me asking if I was the person who was inquiring about a shovel that was out of stock. They happened to get them in and I was able to pick it up 1/2 an hour later. Ace is definitely “the place with the helpful hardware man”.

Absolutely the best service I just needed a small inexpensive item and was treated like I was ready to buy the whole store... I was so impressed with how I was treated and could care less about the price EVENTHOUGH it was better than the competition I will support this store anytime. We had a great experience with the whole staff there just moved into the neighborhood and they really made us feel welcomed plus gave great referral for contractors to do work on the house.

Elliott Ace hire only the best - so polite, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable in every way. Whenever I am stumped on how to attack a household chore as far as fixups and repairs ACE is there for me - I can count on ACE whenever I'm stuck on a household project! I always walk out of their store with a smile on my face and spirits lifted!

People are nice but everything is way overpriced, and the deals always seem to have a way of being overly specific where you can’t actually get what you want. Can’t justify spending this much more when Home Depot is just down the street. As someone who worked at a True Value back in the day, I want to shop here but just can’t anymore.
