I think I've been remiss in never posting a review about this store. They always go above and beyond to help, from the managers to the cashiers. The store also donated materials to repair an item that was vandalized at our community park. Keep up the good work! We appreciate your presence in our community.

The most helpful employees ever! You’re greeted when you come in and promptly asked if you need help. A+ customer service. Would much rather support them than the big box stores.

This store is my first choice for hardware. Why? Customer service. The staff is always extremely helpful and will show you the exact product you seek. If they don't know something or don't have something, they will indicate right away and offer alternative problem solving help. In the year since I first posted this review, I've done a lot of projects and the staff continues to be extraordinarily helpful.

Came in today looking for a metric screw and the man who assisted me was awesome. He clearly went above and beyond. I think his name is Kevin. I will return and pass on the customer service to my friends
