Had an appointment with the locksmith to fix a lock and he was a no show—not even a courtesy call to say he was either running behind or couldn’t show up. I called ACE to let them know I had been waiting over 45 minutes and that I needed to leave. The locksmith still didn’t have the courtesy to call me back.

Wish I had some help and wish i was greeted by an employee, I was not offered assistance. But I did find what I was looking for and the cashier did help me out of the store and was polite.

Not for big projects. The people are very nice and helpful.However. Parking's a little quirky.

Gave incorrect information over the phone about what deicing products they had in store and then, when I got there, tried to instead sell exorbitantly upcharged gallon containers that they had made themselves to take advantage of people dealing with the emergency weather conditions. Don't support businesses like this. 👎👎 Oh, and they also charge a 3.5% fee on all payments via card or phone.
