As soon as I walked in I was greeted very respectfully “welcome to ace hardware can we help you find anything today” the gentleman behind the register then took me to the bolts and nuts unfortunately they was out of the correct nuts I needed but he was very quick to look it up in the computer and to get them in for me! Very good service and clean store.

Nice store! Looking for some weird sized bolts, normally I find stuff on my own but I couldn’t this time. Asked the gentleman working for help and he found it right away! Will for sure be back.

I'll never visit here again. I was looking for an item that showed in stock, I went into the store and the employee at the register didn't even look at me, too busy staring at his phone. I wasn't able to find the item on the shelf, so I went to ask the employee. He looked on his computer and then told me to recheck the aisle I was just on. He pointed across the store, it would have been more helpful if he showed me or helped me since there wasn't anyone else around. I tried again but couldn't find it, so I asked again if he could help me find it, and surprisingly his response was why don't I just go look at Lowe's? If I wanted to do that, I wouldn't have gone to Ace Hardware in the first place, wasting my time. I thought about just ordering the product for pickup since it said it was in stock, I just couldn't find the right shelf. At this point, they've lost my business and I won't recommend this store to anyone, just go to Lowe's.

I am going to be that person that leaves a 1 star! Horrible management horrible customer service. July of 2025 I took in all my screens off our house to get them re-screened. It was supposed to take about 2 weeks to get them all done. After multiple calls and visits to the store I FINALLY got my screens returned to me on the last day of September. Once I got them home and started putting them back on our house I noticed the job was less than acceptable but I needed them back on my house. 2 of my screens were torn and one was broken so I ended up taking them back to the store to get them repaired. I have called multiple times and stopped by the store over the last few months and I get excuse after excuse after why they are not completed. They promise they will be done in 2 weeks every time and still no screens. We are now in March and they have had them another 5 MONTHS. I still have not received my screens back and now trying to locate the district manager because obviously the general manager is not going to handle this situation.

Everyone working was very polite and asked if I needed help finding anything. I only needed charcoal which was easy to find, great selection btw and well stocked. Will be shopping here for the hubby from now on!
