I try really hard to shop at this store because it is in my neighborhood and I want to support them. However, the past few times I have been there have really made me rethink this. I tried to buy flowers at the outside garden center but there were no carts. I went inside to get one but there was a huge metal bar attached so I could not get it out the door. I have tried to replace my propane tank several times but they have been out of propane each time. The employees try to be helpful but there is just way to overcome the issues I have encountered.

Another store that locks items where you have to get a sales associate to come over to get. Which none are around other than at the register, which are too busy. Can't get a cart outside if you want plants or soil/compost from their outside area because they have these long "anti-theft" poles that prevent you from taking them out the door. And when I tried calling someone to complain about this was immediately put on hold, so don't even try to tell me to call to discuss this further like has been posted in response to other reviews on here. I tried, and I don't have time to wait for an already busy (and probably underpaid) sales associate to get items for my garden and tools to fix a broken ceiling fan. Please rethink and fix the way you use anti-theft measures and please hire more people. I want to buy locally but this has lost you another customer because your store is not set-up well. Edit: I chose this store location in particular for a reason and having Ace tell me "Well just go to a different store, they're not all like that" is very tone-deaf. It makes no sense to use anti-theft measures when the store does not station any employees outside in the plant/soil area.

The clerk helped me find an adapting piece for my bike and trailer combo and I also ran into an old friend/ family I hadn't seen in so long good 10 yrs or so.

So there candy is 6 months out of date and taste gross went in for sign stakes originally

Amber and Keno at this store are AMAZING!! Keep up the good work. I always come to this store for my hardware needs.
