Clean, friendly, and wheelchair accessible throughout the entire facility. To include the public single stall bathrooms that allow care takers the opportunity to assist individuals in wheelchairs to use the restroom when the care taker is of the opposite sex. Their flower selection is impressive within the garden section located on the west end of the building and is easily accessible directly from the parking lot. Within the facility we were impressed to see that they offer a pet food section located immediately to the right when you walk in the front entrance. Customer service from the staff was on point, we didn't have to wait in line long because one of the staff immediately opened up another register just to assist us. They also offer a Rewards Program so it is worth while to create an account if you intend to shop regularly at an Ace Hardware. Lastly they deliver, exactly what qualifies for delivery I am not sure, but they have a large white van parked outside advertising they will deliver.

Had a bad experience on Friday 4/17. I couldn’t find what I needed and I couldn’t find any employees to help. I went to the cashier in the front of the store and when she was done checking customers out I told her that I needed help in plumbing. She called on the phone to someone and told me that somebody would be there to help me. I went back to plumbing and after about 10 to 15 minutes I left. No one ever came to help me. I never had that experience in an Ace ever before.

Service is good. My only issue is they only have someone to fill propane tanks Monday thru Friday 8-5 when about everybody works. Talk about a loss in revenue. I have had about 8 tanks to fill and it’s on the weekends when I nobody is there. This is every weekend.

There were x2 workers standing AT the entry. Did not greet me after I said hi. I went in to get keys cut. There was a man near the key counter who conveniently decided to start a casual conversation about the weekend when I was ready for assistance. Standing there they continued like I didn't exist and didn’t need an actual service. I had to walk around and look for someone to assist in ANOTHER part of the store. The lady who seen me circling never said anything. I had to request for assistance. When I did she was rude and walked away super fast to the back key counter. This was all stupid and I will not be returning to this store. (This was my first time to this location) Don’t recommend. I’ll just stick with Home Depot or Lowes.

They have a great selection of nuts and bolts that the big box stores aren't carrying.
