This is the worst place to go to get a new battery for your car remote. I went yesterday to do just that, and they damaged my remote. The worst part was that they refused to help me at all; I had to wait in the store for over an hour until my husband arrived to assist me. And the absolute worst thing was the horrible attitude with which they treated me! 😡 I asked to speak with the manager, and they told me that the person who was currently assisting me *was* the manager. 😡

I’ve always liked Ace Hardware. They’ve got most of what you need and plenty of goodies you didn’t know you needed. This store is no different. The lines do get a bit long, but that’s the only downside I experienced at this particular store.

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed unfortunately the store did not have the parts I were looking for

It took 4 people working there to tell me which impact was on sale ,and it wasn't on the shelf it was in back and it took them forever to tell me it was not on the shelf .I don't know what the issue was maybe because I'm a woman idk but I work in an industry that I need power tools I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for sure not if your in a hurry 23rd is way more friendly and helpful

Great place to go when you need something quick a little more expensive than the big box stores but it's close by and the service is great and they always have everything I need. Four stars because it's a little expensive.
