I was looking for everything I would need to patch nail holes and touch up wall paint. Josh helped me locate the right paint, he mixed two small containers, one for each color and helped me pick out spackle and the necessary tool, sandpaper and a paint brush so I could complete my task. He was very helpful. Very good service here.

Came in looking for all-thread and first there was nobody to be found in the store. Then the person that was supposed to help me lied and said they don't sell all-thread even though it's listed on their website as being in stock. Glad to see your employees are so eager to not help people and send them out the door empty handed instead of selling products. Also it's great you're continuing this lie, I saw a piece of all-thread on the floor, it was just the wrong size so I wanted to know if there was more or if shorter pieces where located in your bins. Now I know where your associates get their can't do attitude, you the owner!

Employees avoid customers like plague. I'm sure it's a reflection of how miserable everyone seems inside. Took the manager 4 days to return my call so I have a feeling the laziness is taught from management.

My neighborhood hardware store shut down out of nowhere, so this was my first time to ace hardware…where I met a cashier. I believe Mariah who legitimately went above and beyond and educating me about the app, which saved me $10. That is how loyalty is earned great customer servers taking care of people. My new hardware store.

This store has the best retail customer service I’ve experienced in a long time, especially from a big chain store. Hats off to the cashier, she was the best!
