Hello, I wanted to pass along a suggestion that could really help bring customers into your store. A lot of people are struggling with high prices right now, especially on basic home maintenance items like HVAC air filters. It would be great if Ace Hardware could carry more low-cost furnace and air conditioner filters and advertise them clearly as budget-friendly options. Many stores mainly stock expensive premium filters, but there is still strong demand for simple, low-restriction, affordable filters for older HVAC systems. Offering inexpensive filters in common sizes could bring in repeat customers and help families save money. Even a small display or promotion for “low-price basic air filters” could set your store apart from competitors. Thank you for considering it.

Most people I know don't shop at Westlake hardware but it is one if those mom and pop/big box store .They are known to carry items that HD and Lowes don't. Had to go there today to get a sparkplug that they only stock, also joined the rewards club ,so when all the plants come in I can recieve discount.Dont shop there a lot but they do have a lot of things to look at.

Good size hardware store. I noticed they had a huge selection of fasteners even more than usual. The negative is they don’t have a Customer restroom.

When you can't get help at lowes or home depot, there is always someone to help you at Ace. Only reason I don't go here though is they quit giving 10% discount to veterans.

My local "hardware" store. Whether I need 1 tiny screw or a total landscape make over or any diy home project. If it's not here, they don't make it.
